My name is Chris Hesselrode, and I’m a geek at heart with a passion for technology and supporting the people who use it. I am lucky enough to be able to marry my passions every day, and I’ve built a career supporting the use of cloud-based and SaaS solutions, building teams that support our customers, and creating results-driven organizations.
I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in September 2012, just before starting with Tapjoy as the Sr. Manager of Customer Service. After leaving Tapjoy in November 2014, I lead the charge in service and support as the Service Operations Director for HostHaus. In March 2015 I made the cross-country move from San Francisco, California to Raleigh, North Carolina and currently work as a Team Lead for the Raleigh region support group at WalkMe.
